Plastic Injection: Equipped with 53 injection machines and own Mold Service Dept. for regular maintenance. V-O Assembling: 2 Clean Rooms. Each room has three assembling lines. Every finished product is inspected by individual on-line Q.C. inspector. Q.A. Inspection: Sampling quantity would be selected randomly by Q.A. inspectors from finished products for final dimension and quality tests per JVC/customer's specifications with precise testing instruments. Q.A. Insptecion: Tests for tape length, dropout, picture quality and oxide shedding would be tested on sampling quantity. Video Loading: Equipped with 21 Tapematic/Otari fully-automatic video loaders and jet-printer for production record. Packing: Various packing method can be done per customer's requirement.
